Tyler Adams passes his Bournemouth medical and is set to sign a five-year contract with the Cherries ahead of £20m move to Premier League club

Bournemouth are closing in on the signing of Tyler Adams after the USA international passed his medical Friday.

The Stars and Stripes captain underwent his medical Friday and is now set to put pen to paper on his five-year contract with the Cherries.

The midfielder is set to make the move to the south coast of England from Leeds, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, for £20million.

Adams was on the brink of signing a contract with Chelsea last week, but the deal broke down at the death.
