For Jason Kidd and his NBA journey against the Oklahoma City Thunder, this is a bit of a déjà vu scenario.
Back in 2011 when Kidd was the starting point guard for the Dallas Mavericks, he faced a Thunder squad in the Western Conference Finals that featured a group of 22-year olds named Kevin Durant, James Harden and Russell Westbrook. The Mavs won that series in five games, then went on to beat the Miami Heat in six games while capturing their lone NBA title.
This time around, the Mavs will be squaring off against OKC in the Western Conference semifinals.
