Nebrasketball has picked up another transfer out of the portal as Wisconsin guard Connor Essegian becomes a Husker.

Essegian played for Wisconsin the past two seasons, averaging 27.3 minutes per game in 2022-23 and scoring 11.7 points per game. That year he was named to the All-Big Ten freshman team, shooting 35% from three.
Last season he averaged only around 7 minutes per game and his scoring dropped to 3.2 minutes per game. His average from three dropped to just around 30%.
