SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Following an impressive debut season on the Hilltop, University of San Francisco men's soccer forward Reid Roberts was recently selected as a Freshman All-American by College Soccer News.
Roberts, who also earned All-WCC Freshmen Team honors in addition to being selected as an All-WCC Honorable Mention, was named to College Soccer News' All-Freshmen Third Team.
Showing promise in his first year in San Francisco, Roberts played and started in 16 of USF's 17 matches this season. Growing into one of the elite defenders in the conference, Roberts solidified the back line for the Dons as the Colorado Springs native totaled 1,410 minutes this season, good for third on the team.
